Robbie and Matthew did an excellent job installing our new boiler furnace. We could not have asked for better communication and service. Our furnace went out on November 20th. We called over fifteen companies and even had three companies come to our house in hopes of finding someone to help us. Neither of the three companies ever called us back after promising to do so. Finally, we just happened upon Roby Services (at this point we had been without heat for November, December, and most of January) and found they had an office near us. After contacting the office, Robbie came within a week and sent us three options THAT very NIGHT. Robbie was the only person we talked to that seemed sympathetic to our situation, and spoke with the confidence of someone who knew what he was doing. The furnace was installed on the date that was set. Robbie is extremely knowledgeable and was so helpful in explaining what we needed. I don’t usually write such lengthy reviews, but we are so grateful and impressed with Robbie, Matthew, and the staff of Roby Services. We would highly recommend them. If we could give them 10 stars, we would!

Aaron at Roby services was great in finding the issue with my electricity. He is very knowledgeable and since I am hands on he took the time to describe what he was doing. Also would like to add that he put on shoe covers to protect the house from getting dirty which since there was snow on the ground that is a must in my mind . He replaced a 10 amp breaker , traced out a short , and disconnected and outside outlet with a water sealed place . Thank you Aaron !

The folks at Roby Services were kind, professional, and extremely communicative! Kimberly was quick to coordinate a site visit way out in Vilas, and Matt B.'s expertise is second to none -- I always felt like I learned something new when he walked me through the project (a mark of a great contractor, to be sure!). If you go with them, you will be in good hands!

Adam S. did an awesome job! He arrived on time, explained everything well, gave great options, and made it a wonderful experience. I really appreciate him being so thorough and his customer service was above and beyond. He is a great employee to have on your team.

Excellent! As a Roby customer for more than (8) years of caring for my Whole House Generac Generator, I love their entire "Team" especially meeting Adam Stein. My most recent experience interacting with him on 2/14/2025, when he came to replace the Battery in my "Generator" our remarkable personalities bonded immediately. His mannerism, was as a "Son" interacting with a "Mother." He took care of the Generator in a timely fashion and informed me she was back online to serve the house when needed. Thank you, Adam!
